Milam & Greene's 2024 inaugural Bottled in Bond expression represents a masterclass in American whiskey craftsmanship. Distilled in autumn 2019 using the distillery's proprietary mashbill and yeast strain on continuous column stills in Bardstown, Kentucky, this bourbon spent over four years maturing in char-4 barrels within a federally bonded warehouse. The final release—72 barrels hand-bottled in Texas at a robust 100 proof—showcases the discipline of bonded whiskey production: full maturation in a single season, consistent proof, and uncompromising quality control.
